I need a simple, straight answer?
How can I post to WordPress.COM and have it automatically show up on my Twitter Feed and Facebook fan page? There are so many tools and downloads but they all seem to be for wordpress.org downloadable goodies. I need from wordpress.com? Thanks so much!

Here is a page from the WordPress.com blog that explains how to setup Twitter:

These appear to be rather dated, so actual implementation may be different.
You should check WordPress.com help for up-to-date info.
