How format things to be besides them in code?
You know. If I want one thing to be here and the other to be directly besides it, what code should I use. I don’t want it under, I want it besides it.
Because I’m working on my site that I just started (I know it’s nothing big but I’m still working on it) – http://dgodfrey.webng.com/DavidGodfrey/contact.html
I want the Facebook widget to be next to the Twitter widget, not below it. How do I do that.
And P.S.: If anyone has any suggestions or questions about my site, do tell. (And I would really appreciate it if someone would help me out with it. To make it better)
In general the best way to place block level elements beside each other is to use the CSS float property. For this to work the two elements must have a combined width that is less than the width available to display them in. For example if one of them has a width of 100% of the available width then it will not be possible to place the other beside it.

Here are two divs placed side by side.
This first div has a red border and yellow background. These are not necessary parts of having it be on the left of the second div.
This second div has a blue border and lime background. These are not necessary parts of having it be on the right of the first div.
This third div appears below the first two divs
