Why cant the Chinese let go of their hatred eg: blaming the empire Japan for Nanking? Jewish ppl dont call?
Germans NAZIS.. Just let go of your hate China, stop living the past man.

China and Japan are closely linked economically, but their ties are often buffeted by lingering anger in China over Japan’s brutal occupation during World War II. The initial public reaction to Japan’s earthquake—the country’s worst in at least 300 years–was mixed, with postings on Sina Weibo, the most active of China’s Twitter-like microblogging services, including expressions of sympathy mixed with some nationalistic gloating.
“It’s great an earthquake has finally hit the Japanese dwarves,” commented a Sina Weibo user writing under the name Liaoning Taxue Wuhen. “Best if it disappears from the map. Wishing Chinese exchange students peace and safety.” Added user weldon999: “Ha ha ha, saved us more than a few

1) Japan does not teach about it in history class. In Japan, many think Nanjing never happened.
2) Japan has apologized, but not in any significant way and not directly to the Chinese.
3) Jewish people in the US have produced a million movies demonizing Germans and I have yet to be in the room with a German and an American for more than 5 minutes without the American bringing up WWII. The Germans will continue to live with this over them for many more decades. In the west, few movies are produced about the Japan/China conflict as there’s no audience for subtitles / non-white lead actors. But in China, there’s a million movies about what the Japanese did and it’s forfront in their minds, just like when Americans think about Germans, they automatically think of WWII, NAZI’s and the Holocaust.
4) Chinese are racist. It’s not ok for Chinese to say such things, but people are people. I’ve known Japanese that say pretty mean things about Chinese too. Neither is ok.
5) Germans have paid huge sums in reparations.
*I would agree with “wyldfyr” if I were in his position, but I am not. I live in China and I can assure you all that Chinese in general are very racist towards the Japanese. My wife wife was cursed at and spit on by Chinese circled around her once because they though she was Chinese (she is Korean). At one time in Shanghai when Koizumi came to visit (former Japanese PM), the government knew about rioters burning Japanese businesses and did nothing to stop it. After most of the Japanese businesses were burnt, the government refused to give any compensation either.
