Do you need a data plan for samsung widgets to work? I have the samsung vibrant and i dont have internet, only wifi at home and other places. will i get charged if not connected to the wifi and have the widget where it updates facebook and twitter?i only have wifi. WILL I OR WILL I NOT GET CHARGED FOR HAVING THE UPATE WIDGET AND NOT BEING CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET WHAT SO EVER?? THANKS!!!
