How do I get over my celebrity obsession?
Hi. I am very obsessed with a celebrity. well I run a fan page of him on facebook and that was the only way he would accept me on his friendslist. I update it every week and he uses the pics I tag him in sometimes. I have around 460 pictures of him developed and I even have met him a few times at airport to where he knows my name now. I just did a lot of stuff concerning this celebrity. I even get sad and jealous because he is dating someone I don’t like who Is another celebrity. I know this is crazy and i need to stop. this is taking over my life. i am so obsessed wit him that i obsessively check up on his facebook and twitter pages. I need help pleaseee how do i overcome my obsession with him? this is too much and i don’t want it to take over my life anymore.
Try taking up a hobby, something that will require concentration. Get out and meet people. Enroll in any free classes offered by your local library or Y. Drop the Facebook page, let someone else take care of it. Look into therapy if all else fails.
