Is it leagal to accept DONATIONS online?
I have a channel on YouTube called 1TiMe4TeCh(known as _TiMe4TeCh_ on twitter and facebook) that does reviews, tips, tricks, and electronics unboxings. It is getting harder to maintain and keep up to date for it, and I’ve been thinking about placing a PayPal donation link in my video descriptions. Is that leagal, or do I have to provide some kind of extra service?

Yes it is leagal to accept donations online, if you are a 501-C3 Non profit you just need to provide receipts and report it. If you take personal donations you must report as income unless you turn back around and donate it to another organization. You must report it as income then write it off so it balances itself out.
