Firstly, can you explain the basics of twitter.
I have some questions about tweeting -
1) If i make a tweet without tagging anyone, who can see it?
2) Can I tag anyone I am following into a tweet?
3) If I make a tweet, can my followers comment on it?
4) How can I talk to celebrities i.e do I tag them into a tweet and will be able to see it etc?

1) only the people who follow you
2)Yes you can.
3)No they can not.
4) you tag them in ur tweet, Alot of the times they wont reply so just keep trying
