How to embed Twitter updates onto my website?
I currently use Joomla 1.0 to maintain my website. I have a twitter page www.twitter.com/robbiebrown and i want to display the latest updates in text format. I have seen the flash versions but they wont get picked up by the search engines and stuff.
I have tried the actual Twitter Widget, but it just crashed my site every now and again. Not sure why. I have also tried just adding it as an RSS feed, but it comes up with “robbiebrown: my message here” – Ideally i would like to remove the Robbiebrown part and make it look exactly like twitter (when it says “10 seconds ago”) etc.
I have searched but cant find anything to do this, but i am unsure what to search for.
Any ideas? Should be an easy 10 points!!!
