Why does Twitter say “over capacity” when I try to upload a profile picture?
I’ve tried several times for about 2 days and haven’t gotten any luck. The photo is less than the 700kb requirement (it’s 415kbs) and a JPG file. Please help!
Need to make the picture smaller (as in the picture size not the file size such as 300×300)
