bbm activated but not working?
i got my blackberry yesterday and it already is activated for bbm and everything, but its not working. the internet is but the facebook/twitter app isnt it says “you are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. If you want to use this application please contact your service provider and upgrade your data plan.”
i am on orange, it should be activated and i put my plan to dolphin yesterday
i tryed taking battery out and doing the hosting route table that regester and it says a message has been sent and thats it. ive managed to download the app world and some apps?
help
also when i add a pin it says pending request and they dotn get it. my mate tried sending it from hers and i dont get it either
I’m afraid that your only solution is to go to the place of purchase and have the problem diagnosed by the service provider, good luck and season greetings.!!
You might have to download software, etc.!!
