I don’t have a business, but I’m busy a lot, and I like to keep track of things in my phone always.
Overall, Bold 9700 is better.
It’s newer, faster, a new version of Operating System, and has many features. But, both can play music with their music player, instant messaging, twitter, facebook and the others purposes similar with web acces like email, blogging, etc.
