How to get sales leads & portfolio if you have new company and dont have website?
I have started a new digital agency that will provide web/mobile app development, web/graphic design and social media strategy services. I am building a new website and its not ready, I have a blog, twitter, facebook and linkedin account.
My question is;
What i have to do to get potential sales leads, I am capable of converting them into customers?
and
I dont have good portfolio because i never worked as freelancer before, to attract clients it require portfolio what should I do to get portfolio?

If you don’t have a web site you don’t really have an internet oriented business. People will not take you seriously as a web/graphic designer without a portfolio site you created.
You may be best of just offering your services through the freelance marketplaces like elance, rentacoder.
