
Why are people putting the pound sign # before phrases on Facebook statuses?
I know it’s a hash tag on Twitter, but these people aren’t connected to a Twitter account and the sign isn’t any kind of tag on Facebook. So what does it mean?
It’s the same thing, its just a way of doing the same thing that you do on twitter without it actually linking to anything
