It’s a site where you post blog entries (or some form of writing) in the language that you’re learning (in your case, English), and people who are native speakers can correct your grammar and such. Then if you’d like, you can go find entries written by people studying Korean that you can check over.
It’s a fun and friendly kind of site, and you can end up making language-exchange friends of the type you’re looking for.
