Can my friend get arrested for cyber-bullying?
My friend is 13. So, me, her and two other friends on Twitter were talking and joking. All of the sudden, my friend tweeted “I UNFOLLOWED (USERNAME HERE)” then began making racial slurs (she was joking) about him because he’s from Saudi Arabia or whatever. So, he caught on. And he tweeted that his dad called Twitter and they’re looking into the racism. Like, she was talking about bombs and stuff. But she DID say she was joking. And she never threated anyone except for one tweet that said “I’m bombinb all of you.” but like I said, she tweeted she was joking. She said stuff like:
” I’m secretly a part of Al Qaeda. ”
She’s freaking out. I feel kind of bad.
Can she get arrested or….?

There should be no excuse for cyber bullying, especially in a racist manner. You won’t get arrested unless you threatened your friend, but you could quite possibly get a warning. Cyber bullying is no joke, and if you think it’s funny, you need to check in with a psychiatrist.
