twitter background help?
i want to change my twitter back ground but every time i try and upload it it gets to 100% and then it says twitter is over capacity and to try again so i have loads of times and it still says the same thing plz help
The over capacity is an error message that twitter use. Do some checks just to make sure your meeting Twitter’s image upload requirements.
