my blackberry battery is dying too fast?.. please help!?
i have a blackberry storm 1, & the battery dies really fast..
my phone was broken so i got it repaired with a new battery, & it said don’t make any calls until you have charged it for 20 minutes + , i accidently made a call but i ended it straight away. i charged it all night, but while all my connections where off and i wasn’t using the internet, like bbm, twitter etc, the battery seemed fine (this was before i even charged the phone, then when i first got it back it had like two or two and a half bars). but when they were on, it would only take 15 mins – half an hour for half of one bar to go. i MAKE SURE i press close when i’m not on my applications, the brightness is down to 10% etc, the lowest it’s been at it 30%! do i need a new battery? or is there another option? please help!
A new battery is probably the only answer. Sometimes batteries aren’t manufactured correctly and don’t hold a full charge, or if they’re only charged to a certain amount repeatedly will then only hold that amount. I wouldn’t think there’s another option. Sorry :L
