Why is MySpace left out of those icon links for sharing websites?
You know when you see on websites and smartphones, those little icons that allow you to directly share with various social networking sites (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, Tumblr, etc.). Why doesn’t MySpace have one of those icon links?
MySpace was like the frontrunner of the social networking sites a few years ago, and in my opinion they did it in the most user-friendly and classy way. I think MySpace deserves a better fate, and I hope that someday they will come out with something innovative that will propel them back to the top.
Aside from falling from popular grace, I’m pretty sure MySpace itself does not allow such sharing.
For the most part, they are a self-contained social network. Facebook allows external applications to interact with it, MySpace really does not. It allows internal applications, though.
