Is it legal to advertise home-made jewelry online and at home?
I was wondering if it’s legal in the U.S. to sell home-made jewelry through Facebook/Tumblr/Twitter/DeviantArt/Myspace and put up fliers around local places? Do you need a merchant card or something?
Also… How does Paypal work with selling home-made jewelry over Facebook/DeviantArt? Does Paypal want a big percentage of what you make? ): If not Paypal, what’s the cheapest and safest form of online payment?
Of course it’s legal. And fliers should be okay too.
And paypal sucks, but it’s the safest way to transfer money so I would use it. I’ve had so many problems with them over the years though.
You should sell your things on etsy, that’s the easiest way.
