What makes my computer unable to access twitter? I don’t get the over capicity whale tho but weird pages. WHY?

I’m pretty active on Twitter. Very often I get bizarre pages that don’t allow me to access twitter. Usually it’s page down. But today I get a gray page with this in a box:
404 – File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
The other day I kept getting Yahoo homepage when Yahoo is NOT my default search engine (google is).
Why does this happen to me? And how can I fix it?

Try messing with your internet options. Or toggling with your system restrictions. (Maybe) You should save everything on something and restart the computer with the whole starter disk and stuff
