Help with BLACKBERRY!?
I have just bought Blackberry Curve 8520 and I’ve been having a lot of problems. I can’t even download themes because my Desktop Manager hangs up whenever I try to. I tried downloading directly through my Blackberry at mobile.blackberry.com but I can’t get past the EULA (end-user license agreement), whenever I click “I accept” it forwards me to the EULA page over and over again. And when I try to download Facebook and Twitter applications, it says something like my session has timed out. What do I do?? I kind of regret buying it cos it’s not user friendly.
Have you received a message which reads, “You are now registered to the BlackBerry network” or something like that and have purchased a BIS plan with your provider? In other words, can you add an e-mail address to your BlackBerry? If you can’t you will have to call your provider and ask them to add BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) to your plan.
