HTML and CSS… How to do so with them…?
Hello all DP members,
I am new with coding websites with HTML and CSS. So please try to explain as clear as possible 
1. So I was wondering how to create nice button hovers (when you put your mouse on a button it changes)
2. How to create edges round?
3. How to create a similar login box like twitter has? (when you click on it you can see user name & password field and login button)
4. How to create a new input box’s design for example with round edges?
5. It’s possible to create something like layers right (some elements are in the top and some in the bottom)? But is it possible to do it so that one element is in the background and has a 10% transparency and when you click on a button it jumps to the top and you can see it 100% (transparency)
If you can answer at lease on of these questions please help me out

Most of what you are asking is done with Java or Ajax, not HTML or CSS.
