Random people following me on Twitter?
I just made a twitter, and random people started following me? (stepgran, elephillies382, and amdevteam). I have no idea who they are, could they be malicious or something? Should I block them? How do I know if they’re real people or bots or something?
You can block them if you want. You can use Twitter however you want. However, someone following you really cannot hurt you. You can make your tweets private if you want. Are you using Twitter for personal use or business? If for business, read this article:

If for personal use, block all the people you like, but if you’re active on Twitter, people you don’t know will keep following you. It’s the whole point. It means they’re interested in reading what you have to say
