Blackberry help please?
I’m on a contract with 3 that originally came with a nokia x6.
Im roughly 18 months into the 24 month contract and decided to buy a blackberry curve 9300.
I’ve put my sim card into the blackberry and i can’t get on to facebook twitter etc… It says i’m currently on a service plan that does not support this application.
I could get on to facebook and twitter on my Nokia x6, how can i set up my blackberry to let me on the applications?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Blackberry use a service separate from normal internet (GPRS / 3G) called Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) If you have put your sim in to a Blackberry this service will not be active. This needs to be activated for you to be able to access ANY internet site or feature.
You may be able to get it activated for free (28 days Only) otherwise you will have to pay for BIS to be added to your service plan.
