Where can I edit lots of photos onto one big collage, online for free?
I really want to edit all of my favourite pictures of Justin Bieber onto a big collage, all different sizes to give a sort of scrapbook effect, so I can have it as my Twitter background. I’d rather make one myself, than get one made by someone else, it would be more personalized to me. Where can I find an online FREE programme to do this?
