Right-click task won’t disappear?!?
It happened just recently. I will click on something from the Internet (I use Internet Explorer-the latest version, with a Dell Inspiron 1525 Laptop, Windows XP Basic just to give you some detail) the option I select remains, fairly translucent, still there in the position where I clicked it. For instance, when I use Twitter I will open links in new tabs often, and the “Open New Tab” selection will be hovering in that same position for at least an hour. No matter what application is open (even if I am in Word, a video-call -which is so annyoing to see across someones face!!- or even just on my desktop) it is always there!
Is there a setting or a scan I should be doing?
Like I said, this seemed to happen randomly one day, I had done nothing to my Internet/computer and randomly it happened!
make sure that windows is up to date
try reinstalling your video drivers
