How can I get on/follow people on Twitter? And most importantly, why won’t it even open?
I have gone to twitter.com before on my PC, but for some reason now when I enter the URL my computer starts downloading some file, then it says Windows doesn’t recognize the application. I wanted to get a Twitter account, but I’m actually not sure — do you have to get one to be able to follow people? Can anybody help me????
you need a page and account to follow people or else who are you following as? a mystery person?
