You can use photo software like gimp (free) or photoshop (if you have it) to create a collage. Make yourself a new canvas in that software and drag two, three, or however many images you want onto it. Save it as a .jpg and upload it to twitter. Then on twitter, click “tile background” so it will duplicate your canvas. If you notice on Kim’s page, there are actually 3 images over and over again.
