How can I use different symbols to create a Twitter username?
When I finally decided to make a Twitter account, I thought that it would be cool to add some spice to my username …… flÿîñgpåt. However, Twitter has a filter for these characters. Is there any way to get past that filter? How?
Ahh!! I felt the same way also! But after some research I realized that Twitter only allows alpha/numeric characters and the underscore (_). I guess it’s because it would be hard for someone to try and follow you if they just typed in your name (what a nightmare!). I hope that helps, and sorry!
