Twitter application for iPod Touch?
I would like to download an app for Twitter. I have tried Echofon, Twitterific, etc. but none of them are able to install into my iTouch. When I try to, it tells me that the application needs “a newer version of iPhone O.S.” However, on the app info it says it’s compatible with iTouch and iPhone with a newer version of iPhone O.S. Is there any apps that can REALLY download onto my iTouch? It doesn’t have to be free.
You probably have OS 2.0, and many of the newer apps require 3.0 and up. I think you should upgrade your iPod Touch OS. Here is the link: http://www.apple.com/ipodtouch/software-update.html
It’ll cost you $4.95, but you’ll be able to take advantage of many new apps, both free and not free. Echofon is great for Twitter, and free too.
