If you are a teen….what do you think?
So I have a project for sociology where I have to ask so many people what they ideas are for the components of teen culture are, hence why I am here. If at least a few of you could answer these questions, that would be a BIG help!
Symbols for teen culture: (facebook, twitter, jersey shore, etc)
Language: (what are common phrases you say everyday)
Values: (freedom, affection, cheerfulness, etc)
Folkways: What are your pet peeves?
Mores: (things that you know are wrong, bad, or against the law)

On the symbols for teen culture, I think most teens (including me!!) are on Facebook, but some are going off because younger and younger people are coming onto it. I love watching Family Guy and South Park, things like that.
Common phrases I say everyday are probably: For God’s sake!, things like that, but with worse language. Also, I personally like swearing in French and Spanish, as no one understands you so you cant get in trouble.
For values, I am pretty much free to go wherever I want. I love music and my phone. ect.
Mores: I know smoking is wrong, taking drugs, and crimes such as stealing and graffiti is wrong. I know violence and bad language is bad.
