Do you feel that facebook and twitter cause divorces?
Or quarrels with family members? I was listening to the radio and the announcer seemed to feel that his wife should have talked with him before signing up for facebook. Many callers were furious with these cites cause they claimed it cause there divorce or ruined family relationships? What are your thoughts or experiences?

If you can trust your spouse out in the real world then how can’t you trust them in the cyber world?
I don’t think these places cause divorces, I think these places cause people to get caught, the spouse that miss-uses the site causes the divorce. If you think about it, really it is safer for the spouse to catch their partner virtually cheating then doing the real thing. I think that so many people go through life with blinders on that their spouses don’t have friends of the opposite sex, or they don’t flirt, or they don’t cheat and these sites just put that information in their face where it cannot be avoided.
Personally I know my husband is a flirt (or a bit more than that at times) so instead of trying to control it I try to keep it well directed and we stay open and honest about it.
