What does this question have to do with getting a job?
I know how the job application personality tests work, and how they categorize you in “green, yellow, red” for whether or not you’ll get a call back (which is stupid), but I’m having a lot of trouble with this specific questionnaire which is a lot different from most that I’ve taken.
The question is:
“How many times a week do you visit social media sites (ex. Facebook, Myspace, Twitter)”
a. 0
b. 1-2
c. 6-10
d. 25+
What is the point of this question..?
Pretend I’m the hiring manager. Answer high, and I will check your posts to see if you bashed previous employers or talked about work-specific things. I also want to see if you post pics of you drinking or getting high. People do it. I also want to know if you are going to be the type to goof off on the clock.
