I need a website tool for social media posting for all my content automatically or on single click?
I would like to know the best social media modules, plugins, tools for websites that I can create content and have it automatically post, transfer, whatever, to social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Digg, Stumbleupon, Mixx, etc. I don’t want to have to do it manually for a million social media sites. If there’s something I can just load an account name and password into and works for numerous sites that would be great.
If you know something specific for Drupal that would be great, but if not, I can make it work for what I need.

You can also have facebook post to your twitter feed. Meaning you can have an ordinary blog for doing all the writing, and RSS Graffiti will post on FB, and from FB to twitter.
Regarding spam of Reddit, Digg, and Stumbleupon, it’s not advised since the people on the networks will simply have you buried for flooding the network yourself.
