Computer program to edit pictures to make a twitter account?
Heyy! i have a twitter and im tired of the backgrounds they have. i want to make a collage with taylor swift and justin bieber with some of their lyrics and stuff thats really cute and coloful and loooks professional. Im not the best at it but maybe you guys could tell me a program that i either download or is online to make the background. or maybe you guys can help me make one? and please no rude comments about either of them. thanks(:

Free image editor: http://downloads.sourceforge.net/gimp-win/gimp-2.6.8-i686-setup.exe . Give it a go. It should be able to make backgrounds though you’ll have to learn how to use it.
