i’m planning on creating a personal blog.
i want a blogging website that offers the following:

- can be customized (i can create my own background and stuff, the works)
- user-friendly (with regards to creating, improving, customizing, etc.)
- popular (with users from around the world)
- optional: integrated with facebook, twitter, etc.
